Can I use hotel room and lobby for photoshoot?

Usage of our hotel grounds or rooms for commercial photoshoots, inter alia, retail, fashion, or magazine photoshoots are not allowed without prior approval from the management. Please call us at 085-284100

An extra bed is chargeable per night and subjects to room type and availability.

Can my child stay for free?

Children below 12 years old can stay for free with existing bedding. Guests of 12 years old and above are considered as adults, and extra bed requests will be chargeable and subject to room type

What time is check-in/check-out time?

Guests can check in anytime after 3pm and check out anytime before 12pm. Early check in & late check-out may be arranged and will be charged by the hour subject to availability.

Breakfast is not included at the moment. We are still working with DKC for breakfast menu.

We believe it is extremely important to stay connected while travelling. Wi-fi password will be provided upon check-in.

What time will the main entrace at lobby lock?

The main entrance will be locked at 9pm every night. You will be able to access into the inn with your keycard anytime. So, go to explore at night!

Is there an airport suttle bus/taxi to All Are Welcome Inn?

We do not have airport suttle bus but please call us ahead. We will be able to arrange taxi to pick you up to/from the airport/jetty.

Yes, we work with local car rental company. We will be able to hook you up with an affordable rates.

Yes, we provide on site free parking at our premises.

What is the smoking policy at All Are Welcome Inn?

We have a no-smoking policy in all our hotel rooms and premises. The smoke alarm will be activated if you do so & a cleaning fee of RM200 will be imposed. If you would like to smoke, you may only do so at the outdoor at Ground Floor.

No, we do not provide laundry service. Please do approach the front desk for directions to the nearest laundry service within the area.

Yes, you can store your luggage with us free of charge. Please register at the front desk.

Can I book my room(s) for a party/event/gathering?

We strictly do not allow booking of rooms for parties in order to be considerate to other guests. We allow a maximum of 3 visitors per room and visitors will have to leave before 10pm. Authorities may be brought in for any out of hand noise levels.

The minimum age for check-in at All Are Welcome Inn is strictly 21 yr old and above only.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reservations must be cancelled or modified 24 hours prior to arrival day to avoid being charged for the first night’s stay. In the event of a no show, a full stay charge will be imposed.
